Today (Saturday), Israeli gymnast Alexander Shatilov won a bronze medal in the floor exercise of the European Championships in Romania. For 30-year-old Shatilov, this is his fifth bronze medal and seventh overall in European Championships.
Last year, Shatilov was disappointed when he didn’t qualify to the finals in the floor exercise of the Rio Olympics. The gymnast replaced his coach who was with him for many years, hoping that the move would help him achieve more goals.
