The death toll from the terror attacks in Spain rose to 16 Sunday after a German woman who was injured during the attack on La Rambla Street succumbed to her injuries. Over 100 people were injured in the attacks in Barcelona and Cambrils.

Last week, it was reported that the death toll had reached 15 after it was ruled that the main suspect in the Barcelona attack murdered a driver before stealing his car as he fled the scene.

On Saturday night, 500,000 people attended an anti-terror march on La Rambla street. Spanish King Felipe VI, Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy and Generalitat of Catalonia President Carles Puigdemont were among those who attended the event.
