Dozens of Haredi protesters demonstrated at several locations in Israel tonight. The Haredi Jews were protesting the arrest of a yeshiva student who refused to show up to enlist into the IDF. During the protest, the Haredi Jews called the police officers who came to disperse them “Nazis.”

Dozens of Haredi Jews gathered this evening (Sunday) at various locations throughout the country in order to protest against the arrest of a yeshiva student who refused to show up to enlist into the IDF.
Dozens of the protesters gathered at Jerusalem’s Bar Ilan Junction and started to block the street. During their protest, they called the police officers who arrived to disperse them “Nazis.”
About 70 protesters blocked the street at Shilat Junction near Modi’in. At Route 4’s Yavne Junction, about 100 protesters blocked the street until they were dispersed by police officers.
