Looking for a healthy and easy-to-make salad to brighten up your day? Tnuva USA’s pepper salad with basil and sheep’s feta is just what you’ve been searching for.


4 yellow or orange peppers, sliced into thin rings

1 purple onion, sliced into thin rings

2 tbs. red wine vinegar

Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

2 tbs. olive oil

1 carton of Tnuva’s Crumbled Sheep Feta

A fistful of basil


1. Place the pepper and onion rings in a bowl together with the red wine vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Set aside for approximately 20 minutes.

2. When the 20 minutes are up, mix in the olive oil, the feta and the basil. Serve immediately.
