Hundreds of radical ultra-Orthodox protesters gathered in central Jerusalem on Sunday afternoon to demonstrate against the enlistment of yeshiva students in the IDF.
The renewed protest comes after 11 Haredi men were sent to a military prison for refusing to arrive at the IDF enlistment offices to obtain their military service exemptions.
Last week, dozens of protesters blocked the entrance to the IDF enlistment offices in Jerusalem. Police quelled the protest and arrested five people.
