Severe criticism by US envoy to Middle East peace talks Martin Indyk leads US National Security Advisor Susan Rice to express importance of US-Israel relations
The harsh condemnation by special US envoy to the Middle East peace talks Martin Indyk, due to the failed negotiations led Barack Obama’s National Security advisor Susan Rice to express the importance of US-Israel relations.
“There can be no doubt, whatsoever, America’s commitment to Israel’s security is unwavering and iron-clad,” said Rice at the Palmahim Israeli Air Force base.

“Our two nations are forever bound by our shared history and our shared values. And every American dollar spent on Israel’s security is an investment in protecting the many interests that our nations share, whether that’s preventing rockets from terrorizing the Israeli people, defending against a growing ballistic missile threat in the region, or advancing our commitment to defend freedom and democracy.” Rice said.
Rice toured the airbase, met with soldiers and saw the Israeli Hetz (Arrow) missile in action.
