Qais al-Khazali, the commander of one of the Iranians’ most important militias, was recorded taking a tour of Lebanon’s border with Israel, just a few meters from Metula, accompanied by Hezbollah terrorists. “We announce that we’re fully prepared to stand up to the tyrannical Israeli occupation,” al-Khazali stated during the tour that worried the Israeli security establishment.
For quite some time now, the Israeli security establishment has warned of increasing Iranian presence in Syria and Lebanon and now, there is a video confirming Israel’s worst fears. The commander of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq (AAH) Shi’a militia group in Iraq, which is considered one of the Iranians’ most important militant groups, was recorded touring the Lebanese-Israeli border.
AAH commander Qais al-Khazali is currently wanted by the US for the deaths of many American citizens and even served time in an American prison. He is considered to be one of the stars of the Iraqi battle against ISIS and went on a tour this week just several meters from the northern Israeli city of Metula, accompanied by Hezbollah terrorists.

Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri demanded that the Iranian-backed militia leader be immediately removed from the country, but when an important figure like al-Khazali comes to Lebanon and clearly speaks out against Israel, it is a display of the significance of the continental reach that the Iranians have created via Hezbollah to the Mediterranean Sea.
“We announce that we’re fully prepared to stand with the Lebanese people and with the Palestinians against the tyrannical Israeli occupation that is hostile to Islam, Arabs and humanity,” al-Khazali said during his tour.
