900 marijuana plants were found by Israel Border Police detectives in the Southern Israeli town of Moladah. The detectives who located the nursery behind a private home arrested a 40-year-old man in connection with the crime.
This morning (Monday), Israel Border Police detectives located a huge cannabis nursery in the Southern Israeli town of Moladah and confiscated hundreds of marijuana plants worth an estimated 8 million NIS. The detectives found the greenhouse situated behind a private home hidden by tin sheets and they arrested a 40-year-old man.
After the detectives finished counting, it became clear that the greenhouse was home to no less than 900 mature marijuana plants ready for distribution. In addition, the detectives confiscated much irrigation and fertilization equipment, which were allegedly stolen from farmers in Southern Israel.

As a result of the significant discovery, the Israel Border Police operations commander said that “lately, we are battling with the theft of irrigation and fertilization equipment from farmers in the south, equipment that stolen and utilized by the criminals for growing and production of drugs.”
