After Washington announced that it will soon unveil a new plan for the Middle East, the Israeli Foreign Affairs Ministry composed a document accusing Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas of inciting to terrorism and being the reason behind the failed peace talks.

Shortly before Washington officially unveils its new plan for the Middle East, the Israeli Foreign Affairs Ministry compiled for the first time in recent years a document explaining the main issues concerning the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The document places the blame for the failure in the negotiations between the two sides on one official: Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.
The document, which is divided into four pamphlets, explains in detail the connection between the statements made by Abbas and the terror attacks carried out by Palestinians. An anti-Semitic propaganda poster from the Nazi-era in Germany that was published on Fatah’s official website is even included in the document as evidence to Abbas’ political party’s real stance toward Israel.
In addition, the ministry staff included a false claim that was made by Abbas during a speech in front of the European Parliament. “Just a week ago, several rabbis in Israel demanded that their government poison the water sources in order to kill Palestinians,” he stated during the speech.
The ministry explained that this is the first time that an official document dealing with the false claims about Israel that are spreading around the world has been composed and released.
