Israel will host an international conference in Jerusalem on Monday that will address the threat of the BDS movement, which seeks to isolate Israel globally.

The conference will be attended by 200 legal experts from 24 countries. It will include speeches by Israel’s Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked, Opposition Chairman MK Isaac Herzog, Supreme Court Chief Justice Esther Hayut and other high-profile lawmakers and judicial officials.

The participants will be discussing ways to take legal steps against the calls to boycott Israel and impose financial sanctions on it.

Israel’s Strategic Affairs Minister Gilad Erdan called the conference “a further step in fulfilling our policy of going on the offensive against calls to boycott Israel.”
