The movie, directed by Hadass Levy, produced with the Knesset TV Channel tells the story of the members of the first Knesset. The movie reveals never before seen love letters of the Knesset members.  We also find out how Golda Meir supplemented her income and why MK Uzi Landau never knew his father, a member of the Jewish underground in the War of Independence. 

Dr. Batsheva Margalit-Stern explains that Golda Meir worked in the laundry of her son’s kindergarten in order to pay for his tuition.

Knesset member Uzi Landau reveals that he couldn’t know who his father was, because they were afraid that the British army would find out and raid their home.
