This past Friday a 17-year-old Israeli woman, Rina Shnerb, was killed and two members of her family were seriously injured after a bomb exploded at the Ein Bubin springs site near the Dolev settlement in the West Bank.

The father, 46, and his 20-year-old son were transported by helicopter to a Jerusalem hospital in critical condition. The 17-year-old girl was in critical condition and treated at the scene of the attack by doctors, before succumbing to her injuries.

The funeral of 17-year-old Rina Shnerb took place in the Israeli city of Lod where she lived.

Yesterday reports circulated that the IDF arrested one of the perpetrators in the village of Ein Qiniya and two others had been arrested in Ein Arik. However, the IDF never confirmed these reports.

Today, former Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman ignored the military silence by confirming on Twitter that the three who were arrested are indeed the perpetrators.

The Tweet was deleted ten minutes later.
