A huge fire broke out in a three-story building in London’s Camden Market. Dozens of firefighters were called to the scene and managed to gain control over the flames. No casualties have been reported.

This morning (Monday), dozens of firefighters were sent to combat a massive fire that broke out in Camden Market in northern London. Authorities said the firefighters had managed to gain control over the flames and added that there were no known casualties in the incident.
The fire broke out in a three-story building in the market area, one of the London’s most popular tourist destinations. The cause of the fire is still unclear.

In 2008, there was a fire in the market that was caused by arson and large parts of the market were closed off for several months.

Approximately a month ago, 79 people were killed in the Grenfell Tower fire in west London. Following the fire, the London municipality started performing safety assessment tests for skyscrapers and 120 buildings have already failed.
