Today (Wednesday), TMZ revealed that American singer Mariah Carey is facing a lawsuit from her former security company following claims of sexual harassment. The lawsuit also stated that the singer broke an agreement with the company for further employment.
According to the lawsuit, her former security guard and owner of the company Michael Anello is demanding 221 thousand dollars for services rendered. In addition, Carey is being accused of humiliating Anello and his colleague by calling them Nazis, skinheads and other members of hate groups.
The lawsuit claimed that the pop star committed “sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by Anello.” In one case, Carey allegedly invited Anello to her room while wearing see-through clothes and refused to let him leave until he moved her suitcases.
According to the report, Carey agreed to pay Anello a certain amount of money but he was not satisfied. The singer didn’t respond to the accusations of sexual harassment. According to the Anello’s lawyer, the lawsuit is currently on hold.
