After heavy snow covers the North Golan area this weekend, the Hermon Mountain ski resort will be opened to the public if weather conditions will allow it. In the upper region of the resort 60 centimeters of snow have accumulated so far.

For the first time this winter, the Hermon Ski Resort will be open for skiers and visitors tomorrow (Monday) if weather conditions will allow it.

“The snow is still accumulating and the weather conditions are still harsh,” says Ski Resort Director liron Miles, “The staff is busy clearing snow from the cable car poles, preparing the walking paths and the parking areas for the visitors. We hope the weather will improve by tomorrow.”

The resort managements suggests checking about weather conditions in the media tomorrow. The resort is open for public from 8AM till 4PM, and vehicles will be allowed entry until 3PM. The price of admission is 39 NS for Adults and 34 NS for children.
