The search efforts in the Sea of Galilee for a 25-year-old man who disappeared on Friday have come to an end. The body of Nathan Hagani was pulled out of the water on Tuesday by police divers.

After five days of an intensive search in the Sea of Galilee, the body of a 25-year-old male who was reported missing has been located. The family has identified the body, confirming that Nathan Hagani drowned on Friday.

The searches were conducted by Israel Police divers. An Israeli Navy team joined the search efforts on Sunday. The incident report that was filed with the police noted that Hagani was on a boat with his friends and when they reached a distance of several hundred meters from the beach, he jumped into the water to swim to the shore. However, he never made it there.
