After seven days of searching, today (Tuesday), the body of Itamar Ohana was located in the Sea of Galilee. Ohana’s family members arrived at the police station to identify him and the search was terminated. The statement regarding the location of the body was made only several hours after the other two missing teenagers, Nahman Itach and Liron Karadi, were brought to rest.
“During the first 48 hours, we tried to believe that maybe he is still alive,” Ohana’s brother told Israel’s Channel 2 News. “But we began to understand that we need to be realistic…We are in the process of accepting all the pain.”
