Israeli authorities are preparing for an exceptionally stormy weekend, during which heavy rain and high speed winds are expected all across the country.
As of Thursday night, most of the rain clouds are concentrated in northern Israel, but they are expected to move down to the center as tomorrow progresses.
Forecasters say the storm is moving at a high speed and therefore is expected to leave Israel within 24 hours. But despite being short-lasting, it could cause major flooding in cities and in the Judean Desert area.
