Sources close to businessman Arnon Milchan, suspected for bribing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, stated that the Likud Party MKs who are attacking him are only “squires working for the interested parties.”
“It’s embarrassing and worrying to watch their slander campaign against a man who dedicated his life to the safety and prosperity of Israel,” sources close to Milchan stated. “Someone who used his connections in order to strengthen the diplomatic ties with leaders around the world.
The sources added: “Mr. Milchan will work to protect his name and the good name of his family and dedicated employees against those who are causing them unnecessary pain and suffering.”
Earlier, Likud MK Dudu Amsalem responded to the reports that Milchan bought Sara Netanyahu jewelry and stated that Milchan is acting against Netanyahu for other motives.
