Following a Channel 2 News article, which revealed how sports commentator Danny Neuman arranged government meetings in exchange for money, it was approved that his entry to the Knesset will be barred.

Following a Channel 2 News revelation, which showed sports commentator Danny Neuman arranging meetings with governmental officials in exchange for money, it was announced today that he would not be permitted to enter the Knesset. During the discussion, Minister Israel Katz stressed: “Neuman never got his way in my office. I am against this phenomenon of doing deals with influential political persons.”

Neuman had a permit to enter into the Knesset and was a frequent visitor to the Israeli Parliamentary Building. The Knesset today announced that his entry permit was suspended following the outcome of the investigation into the corruption allegations.
