Two IDF soldiers in their 20’s were mildly injured this evening (Friday) in a terror attack that took place between the Dor Alon Energy station and the Beit Horon Checkpoint. Magen David Adom teams treated the two on the spot and evacuated them to the Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem. Large IDF and Police forces are searching the area for the shooter and are making use of flares.

Around 10:10PM, IDF and Israel Police forces received reports of a shooting incident on Route 443 and were summoned to the scene. Magen David Adom reported that one of the victims sustained penetrating injuries to the lower limbs, while the second is suffering from mild injuries to the limbs. The IDF is looking into the circumstances that led to the incident. It has been reported that the incident occurred during a vehicle inspection at the checkpoint.
