The United States National Security Council Adviser John R. Bolton on his visit to Israel made several notable statements that revealed what the American government thinks and knows about the situation in the Middle East.
In particular, John R. Bolton believes that the President of Russia is making empty gestures and promises with regard to Syria, Iran and the State of Israel.
According to John R. Bolton, Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia may want to help change the situation in the region, but is unable, Russia does not have the political strength enough to repress Iran forcing a withdrawal of the Iranian army forces from the region.
This conclusion is dramatic because until now the State of Israel was awaiting a change in the situation. If the situation does not change the attacks by the Israeli Air Force will be forced to attack Iranian terror cells more intensely.
John R. Bolton is visiting the State of Israel as a special emissary of President Donald Trump.

The nuclear agreement with Iran signed in 2015 was promoted by the US, Russia, China, the UK, France, and Germany. However, President Donald Trump retracted from the agreement last May, claiming that Tehran had breached its commitments to respect the agreement.
