Israeli entrepreneurs will travel to New York City for Calcalist’s Mind the Tech conference on March 12-14. The event is scheduled to host many leaders in the technology and government fields from Israel and the United States.

On March 12-14, Calcalist will host its Mind the Tech conference in New York City for the second time. Several US and Israeli government and technology leaders are set to speak at the event.

The event will be held in collaboration with Israel’s Bank Leumi. Leaders such as US Senator Joe Lieberman, former CIA Director James Woolsey, Abigail Posner, head of strategic planning at Google, and Nelson Griggs, President of the Nasdaq Stock Exchange, will be attending and speaking at the event.

Several philanthropic and innovation giants such as Michael Steinhardt, Chairman of the board of WisdomeTree, Co-Founder of Birthright Israel and Member of Clarity Capital’s Advisory Board are also set to attend the conference.

The conference is said to have a competition among the startups presented, hosted by Jerusalem Venture Partners, an Israeli-based venture capital firm. Winners will be eligible for a $1 million investment.

Zeev Elkin, Israel’s Minister of Environmental Protection and Jerusalem Affairs, will accompany the delegation of Israelis to New York. Additionally, Aharon Aharon, the CEO of Israel Innovation Authority and former manager of Apple’s research and development activities in Israel, will help lead the delegation.
