The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has extended its retaliation for Hamas launching a rocket into the Sharon region north of Tel Aviv. The Air Force destroyed the office of the leader of the Islamic terrorist group Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, in Gaza City.
Shortly before that, a warning was anounced to the occupants of the building infrastructure that they should leave the site immediately, a protocol uniquely used by the Israeli army to try to prevent harm to Palestinians who are not involved in terrorist activities.
The IDF military spokesman also said that the attacked building hosted numerous military meetings and was previously attacked during Operation Defensive Pillar in 2012.
“This prominent Hamas building is used for terrorist purposes,” the military spokesman explained.
What do you do at your office each day? Send emails? Create spreadsheets? Make phone calls?
Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh uses his office in order to lead a brutal terrorist organization in a war of aggression against Israel.
We just destroyed his office. pic.twitter.com/26KGVlac7F
