Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday said he has thrown a suspected criminal out of a helicopter in mid-air, and that he is willing to do so again.

Speaking in front of victims of Tuesday’s typhoon in the country, Duterte said, “If you are corrupt, I will fetch you using a helicopter to Manila and I will throw you out. I have done this before, why would I not do it again?”

He went on to tell the cheering crowd about a Chinese man suspected of rape and murder, whom he threw out of a helicopter.

The outspoken president claimed just weeks ago to have killed suspected drug dealers in the city of Davao City, during his 22-year tenure as its mayor.
