A disturbing discovery of human waste and a swastika was made inside of Satterfield Hall on campus at Kent State University.
Robert Trogdon, the chairman of the English department, told KentWired custodians walked into Satterfield Hall on Monday morning to find a swastika drawn on a glass window, feces on the floor and broken microwaves in department lounges. Satterfield Hall houses the English department.
“That’s disgusting,” said Brooke Bender, a KSU student. “At Kent State you don’t hear of a lot of vandalism like that; there’s something more wrong with them than just kids having fun.”
According to Kent State police, the extent of the “criminal damage” is unknown at this time.
As of this morning, the swastika and feces had been cleaned up.
