Arab media outlets reported on Sunday morning that Israel attacked a military base on the outskirts of Quneitra. According to the reports, three people were killed when an ammunition arsenal blew up as a result of the attack.

The reports claim that the Naba Fawar base is used by the National Defense Forces militia, which operates under the auspices of the Syrian regime and in coordination with Hezbollah. The NDF confirmed that three of its members were killed in the attack. It appears that the ammunition arsenal was the target of the attack.

On Sunday, three mortars fell in an open area in the northern Golan Heights near the Syrian border. No damage or injuries were caused. It appears that the incident was spillover fire from the fighting in Syria. In response, the IDF attacked Syrian Army targets.
