At least one Palestinian was killed during clashes with IDF force in the West Bank town of Burqin on Saturday, Palestinian media has reported.

IDF forces were operating in Burqin all through the day, according to the reports, as part of the searches for Ahmad Nasser Jarrar, one of the two terrorists involved in the murder of Rabbi Raziel Shevach in Havat Gilad last month.

Two weeks ago, Israeli security forces raided the city of Jenin and demolished the homes of the terrorists involved in the deadly attack. One of the terrorists was killed during a shootout while the other, Ahmad Nasser Jarrar, managed to flee the scene.

Two IDF soldiers were injured, one of them seriously, during clashes with armed Palestinians. Their condition improved after a week in the hospital.
