Over the past two days, more than 45 thousand people were evacuated across Russia following a wave of anonymous and false bomb threats. According to the threats, the bombs were placed in major airports, schools and government buildings across Moscow and other Russian cities.
According to reports, those responsible for the threats were still not located. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s Spokesperson declined to comment on the affair, which some say was part of an anti-terrorist drill.
Several weeks ago, ISIS claimed responsibility for a stabbing attack in the Siberian city of Surgut in Russia.
