A secret weapons factory in a Palestinian village in the West Bank has been raided. It was a joint operation conducted by the Israeli army Security Service (Shabak), the border police and the Israeli police.
The factory was located in a warehouse in the village of Anata, near the city of Ramallah.
During the raid, a group of Palestinians threw explosives and stones at IDF troops.
The military spokesman confirmed the raid and said that “the Israel Defense Forces will continue to operate as part of its campaign against illegal weapons for the safety of residents in the area.”
In these clandestine facilities, most of the weapons manufactured are used in terrorist attacks in the West Bank.
