At 23:40 last night, alarms rang again in southern Israel by a rocket fired from the Gaza Strip. The Israeli army confirmed that alarms sounded in the industrial area of Ashkelon and that a rocket launch was identified from the Gaza Strip that was intercepted by the Iron Dome system.
The military spokesman confirmed that earlier at about 8 pm a rocket was fired b and several explosives were thrown from the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory. In response an IAF fighter jet bombarded a Hamas military complex and an arms manufacturing warehouse in Khan Younis in Gaza.
The military spokesman emphasized that Hamas is responsible for all the events that have taken place ever since the 1st rocket that landed in a town near Tel Aviv this past Monday.
