32 people were killed this evening (Monday) and several more were injured when a bus overturned on a highway near Taiwan’s capital city Taipei. The cause of the accident is still unknown.

A total of 45 people were on the bus and 13 of them were transported to local hospitals for medical treatment, according to emergency service agencies at the scene. Most of the passengers were adults and senior citizens who were on their way back from a cherry blossom tour in Taichung, according to local news agencies.
