Israel Border Police officers identified a suspicious person walking towards them and began the suspect apprehension procedure. The terrorist did not respond to them when asked to identify himself, pulled out a knife and stormed towards the officers who quickly and efficiently responded by eliminating the threat.

This morning (Thursday), a terrorist attack was thwarted at Tapuah Junction within the West Bank. The terrorist, a Tulkarem resident in his twenties, attempted to attack one of the Israel Border Police officers stationed at the junction. The officers quickly and effectively eliminated the terrorist thereby preventing further injuries.

At 9:00 am, Israel Border Police officers stationed at the junction identified a suspicious person walking towards them and began the IDF suspect apprehension procedure. The terrorist did not respond to the soldiers when asked to provide identification, continued walking towards them, pulled out a knife and stormed towards the soldiers. In response, the soldiers opened fire and eliminated the terrorist.
