Ingredients

125 grams Tnuva Butter, softened

¾ cup brown sugar

3 eggs

2 cups white flour

1 tsp. baking soda

¼ tsp. salt

1 cup ripe, mashed bananas (approximately 3 bananas)

1 tsp. vanilla extract

¾ cups walnuts, roughly chopped

Loaf pan, 13/23 cm, greased

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the butter with the sugar until the mixture is fluffy and light. Then add the eggs one after the other, mixing at a medium-low speed, and whisk until all the eggs have been absorbed into the butter-sugar mixture.

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, the baking soda and the salt. Then slowly pour the flour blend into the butter mixture and blend into a smooth mixture.

With a spatula, mix the bananas, the vanilla extract and the nuts into the batter.

Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 60-70 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then flip and remove the pan. Continue to cool the cake on a cooling rack. Bon Appétit!
