A gigantic turtle escaped from a zoo in Japan approximately two weeks ago. Today (Wednesday), she was located after long searches and didn’t manage to get very far- only 140 meters from the zoo.

The 35-year-old turtle escaped the zoo after being allowed to roam freely. The zoo offered a monetary prize of 4,500 dollars for anyone who managed to help return her. The plan worked well and a passerby noticed her in the bushes, safe and unharmed.
