US President Barack Obama’s last State of the Union address is scheduled for the morning (between Tuesday and Wednesday). The President’s main goal is to keep the White House in the hands of the Democratic Party following the 2016 elections. The audience will be filled by people who are just waiting for him to be replaced, loyal supporters and Syrian refugees. 1 seat will be left empty, to remember the victims of the shooting attacks in America.

The White House is promising that Obama’s last State of the Union address, which is scheduled for tomorrow (Wednesday) in the morning, will bring a surprise that the American public has yet to see from their president.
The main reason for this is because Obama is expected to turn to the public, and not necessarily to the Senate and the House of Representatives, who will be surrounding him during the speech. Obama’s main goal is to convince the American public to vote in the upcoming elections for the Democratic candidate. Obama, according to the White House, will talk about an optimistic future for the country, unlike the pessimistic one the Republicans are talking about.
However, Obama is making sure that he doesn’t endorse a specific candidate before the party’s primaries. He is expected to talk about the local and global priorities he advanced during his 2 terms. “He’s very optimistic about the future of this country,” said White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough and promised that the speech will be “very different than some of the doom and gloom we hear from some of the Republican candidates out there.”
