An Israeli soldier was moderately injured due to an explosion at the entrance of Hizma village near the Adam community in Binyamin. Another soldier was slightly injured from shrapnel. Two other explosive devices connected to gas tanks were found in the area.

Two Israelis were injured tonight, one moderately and one slightly, when an explosive device was activated at the entrance to the Hizma community near Pisgat Ze’ev. One of the soldiers was injured in the face and evacuated in moderate condition. The other soldier was slightly injured in the hand and is being taken care of. Other citizens in the area suffered from shock and are being taken care of.

 Two other explosive devices were located on site and Israeli forces revealed that they were connected to gas tanks. Forces were brought on site to take care of the explosive devices. The Police are searching for suspects.

At around 9:30pm this evening, there was a report of an explosive device going off between Adam and the Hizma community near Jerusalem. A short time later, one of the soldiers was evacuated to Hadassah Hospital at Ein Kerem with a jaw injury. Rescue forces arrived on site en masse. Following the report of injuries, Route 447 was blocked off in both directions until the explosive devices are taken care of.
